PushStart to give Australian tech startups mentoring and seed funding
|
|
PushStart, an incubator dedicated to helping Australian tech startups grow, launched today at SydStart.
PushStart’s main focus is on providing startups with experienced mentors to guide less experienced entrepreneurs and save them from making mistakes others have made the hard way.
“The underlying PushStart philosophy is that relevant, contextual advice and guidance is the highest value help you can offer an early stage tech business,” said General Manager Kim Heras in a statement.
The new organization is looking to fill out its mentor ranks to achieve coverage of the whole country, and is taking expressions of interest for its Accelerator program, which in the vein of Y Combinator will offer seed funding, a place to work and mentoring.
